基于多准则决策模型的许昌市水资源承载力评价 被引量:1

摘要 21世纪以来出现的连续干旱使得部分地区或城市供水困难,水资源状况面临严重危机。以许昌市为研究区域,选取典型的评价指标,基于熵权法,运用MMOORA、TOPSIS、FCEM、VIKOR 4种多准则决策模型对许昌市水资源承载力进行综合评价。结果表明:前3种模型能够更好地评价许昌市水资源承载能力;2009—2018年,许昌市水资源承载能力整体上呈上升趋势,但上升的幅度不大,且出现上下波动的现象。该研究成果对评价区域水资源承载力具有一定的参考价值。 Since the beginning of the 21st century,the continuous drought has made it difficult for some districts and counties to supply water,and the situation of water resources is facing a serious crisis.Taking Xuchang City as the research area,the comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Xuchang City was carried out by using MMOORA,TOPSIS,FCEM and VIKOR models based on entropy weight method and typical evaluation indexes.The results are as follows.The first three models can better evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Xuchang City.From 2009 to 2018,the carrying capacity of water resources of Xuchang City showed an upward trend as a whole,but the increase was small and fluctuated up and down.The research results have a certain reference value for the evaluation of regional water resources carrying capacity.
