摘要
近程反导武器系统由于受到载舰平台的安装位置、雷达探测能力等影响,其作战能力难以全部发挥,为了摸清该系统装舰后的实际作战能力,文章综合运用层次分析法、专家打分法、指数法等评估方法,构建了近程反导武器系统作战能力指标体系,并对指标体系进行了二次优化,建立评估模型、构造判断矩阵及计算指标权重、处理评估指标和试验数据,最后得出基于载舰平台的该型近程反导武器系统作战能力评估结果为0.797,为近程反导武器系统在反导作战使用和装备升级改造中提供理论依据和支撑。
Oming to the influence on installation position and radar detection capability for shipborne platform,the antimissile weapon system operation capability is difficult to be brought into use.In order To find out actual operation capability,the synthetically evaluation methods is made out by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and score given by expert and exponential method,designs index system of short range antimissile weapon system operation capability,further optimizes index system,establishes evaluation model,constructs judgement matrix,and calculates index weighting,deals with evaluation index and test data.Finally evaluation result of short range antimissile weapon system operation capability is 0.797,theoretical basis and support for short range antimissile weapon system during campaign operation and alteration of equipment are made out.
