在铝材加工过程中,任何材料在生产时都要经过一次或几次加热和/或热处理,因此热处理装备显得很重要,其先进与否与产品质量及节能减排休戚相关。简介了:塞科/沃里克公司的三种新式炉.热水预热挤压长锭技术,零摩擦锭坯感应加热法,节能40%的新回转蓄热式烧嘴,圆锭坯超导直流感应加热技术。塞科/沃里克公司的三种新式炉是带卷退火炉、热交换传热铝片可控气氛钎焊炉和立式落底式铝合金件淬火时效炉。
In the process of aluminum fabrication,any material in production shall be subjected to one or several times of heating and/or heat treatment,therefore,whether the heat treatment equipment is advanced or not is very important,which is closely related to product quality,energy conservation and emission reduction.Seco/Warwick;s three new furnaces,long ingot extrusion technology with hot water preheating,zero-friction induction heating technology,new rotary regenerative burner with 40%energy saving and billet superconducting DC induction heating technology are introduced.The three new furnaces of Seco/Warwick are Vortex furnace,controllable-atmosphere brazing furnace for heat exchange aluminum sheet and VertiQuench furnace.
