电-磁双场叠加对双辊铸轧6181铝合金中Mg_(2)Si相的影响

Effects of electric-magnetic double physical fields on Mg_(2)Si phase in 6181 aluminum alloy sheets formed by twin-roll casting

摘要 试验研究了脉冲电场和磁场对双辊铸轧6181铝合金板材中Mg_(2)Si相的形貌、尺寸和分布的影响。研究结果表明:脉冲电场和磁场组合成的复合场能更有效地促进板材中Mg_(2)Si相的均匀分布;Mg_(2)Si相尺寸为0.7μm-1.7μm.Mg_(2)Si相的形貌以针状和星状为主;在复合场中铸轧的板材硬度值最大为82.3 HV。 The morphology,distribution and sizes of precipitated phase(Mg_(2)Si)in 6181 aluminum alloy sheets,which manufactured by twin-roll casting(TRC)process without and with pulse electric field(PEF)and static magnetic field(SMF)were investigated.The results of the investigation show that the combined PEF and SMF are more effective than nonfields for uniform distribution and refinement of Mg_(2)Si phase,whose sizes are 0.7μm-1.7μm and whose moiphology are mainly rod-like and star-shaped.The maximum hardness value of the sheet reaches 82.3 HV,which was obtained by applying combined PEF and SMF fields during TRC process.
