江阴大桥全桥荷载试验及服役状况分析

摘要 全桥荷载试验是充分掌握大桥各结构受力性能及实际服役状况的重要试验方法。江阴大桥是我国首座跨径超千米的特大悬索桥,大桥的安全稳定对江苏省的经济发展至关重要。本文以江阴大桥2014年全桥荷载试验结果为基础,介绍了全桥荷载试验的流程和工况,重点对比分析了主梁动力特性、主缆线形、锚跨索股索力与理论值、竣工值的情况,探讨了大桥在服役15年后的整体工作性能。结果表明,与竣工时期相比,主梁的整体性能未发生明显变化,结构状况良好;主缆竖向刚度满足规范要求,竖向位移实测值与理论值基本一致,主缆变形协调;锚跨索股安全储备良好,实测索力值较竣工试验时偏差不大,整体受力性能良好。 Full bridge load test is an important test method to fully grasp the mechanical performance and actual service status of each structure of the bridge.Jiangyin bridge is the first super large suspension bridge with a span of more than kilometers in China.The safety and stability of the bridge is very important to the economic development of Jiangsu Province.Based on the full bridge load test results of Jiangyin Bridge in 2014,this paper introduces the process and working conditions of the full bridge load test,focuses on the comparative analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the main beam,the main cable shape,the cable force of the anchor span cable strand,the theoretical value and the completion value,and discusses the overall working performance of the bridge after 15 years of service.The results show that compared with the completion period,the overall performance of the main beam has not changed significantly,and the structure is in good condition;The vertical stiffness of the main cable meets the specification requirements,the measured value of vertical displacement is basically consistent with the theoretical value,and the deformation of the main cable is coordinated;The safety reserve of anchor span cable strand is good,the deviation of measured cable force is small compared with that in completion test,and the overall mechanical performance is good.
