我国静电防护标准发展现状及对策建议

Development Status and Countermeasures of Electrostatic Discharge Protection Standards in China

在我国经济持续健康发展和社会全面进步过程中,静电防护及其标准化工作越来越受到众多行业的关注和重视。为更好地发挥静电防护及其标准化工作在国民经济发展、国防和军队建设中的重要作用,文章从我国静电防护及其标准化工作开展情况出发,分析了当前静电防护国家标准在归口管理、技术领域、国际合作等方面存在的不足,结合近期静电防护标准化工作新进展,对我国静电防护标准未来发展提出融入国家发展战略、推动专业技术委员会建设、提高编研及验证创新能力、参与国际标准化合作等对策建议。

In the process of sustained and healthy economic development and all-round social progress in China,electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and its standardization have attracted more and more attention from many industries.In order to take advantage of the electrostatic protection and its standardization work in the national economic development,national defense and military construction,based on the development of ESD protection and its standardization in China,this paper analyzes the deficiencies existing in the current development of ESD protection standards in terms of centralized management,technical fields,and foreign cooperation,combined with the recent progress,puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of ESD protection standards in China,such as integrating into the national development strategy,promoting the construction of professional technical committee,improving the innovation ability of standard development and verification,and participating in international standardization cooperation.
