摘要
为了预防和遏制娱乐场所消防事故的发生,本文以W娱乐场所为具体研究对象,建立包括建筑结构和布局、着火源、消防管理、消防设施、安全疏散等指标的消防安全评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定指标权重,借助Matlab软件和Yaahp 12.1软件处理数据,构建基于模糊综合评价法的娱乐场所消防安全评价模型。结果表明:W娱乐场所消防管理方面的消防安全等级为“不安全”,建筑结构和布局、着火源、消防设施、安全疏散等方面的消防安全等级为“比较安全”;综合每项指标的评价结果,该娱乐场所的消防安全等级为“比较安全”。
In order to prevent and halt the occurrence of fire accidents in entertainment venues,this article takes W entertainment venue as the specific research object,and establishes a fire safety evaluation index system including building structure and layout,ignition source,fire management,fire fighting facilities,and safe evacuation.The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain index weights,Matlab and Yaahp 12.1 software is used to process date,a fire safety evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.The results show that the fire safety level of fire management is“unsafe”,and the fire safety level of the building structure and layout,ignition source,fire fighting facilities,safe evacuation,etc.is“relatively safe”.Based on the evaluation results of each index,the fire safety level of the entertainment venue is“relatively safe”.
