在关联数据和语义网发展推动下,图书馆资源描述标准和书目数据格式正在发生巨变。本文从资源描述标准和书目数据格式的历史演变出发,重点分析当前书目数据的环境、国际资源描述标准和书目数据技术的研究状况,对我国标准规范建设和应用、书目数据向关联数据转换提出了思考和建议。

Driven by the development of linked data and semantic web,the resource description standards and bibliographic data formats are undergoing great changes.Starting from the historical evolution of cataloging standards and bibliographic data formats,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current environment of bibliographic data and the research status of international cataloging standards and bibliographic data technologies,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the construction and application of standards and norms in China and the conversion of bibliographic data to Open Linked Data.
