摘要
城市化进程的推进,必然会诞生一批新建小学。作为保证教学质量的基石,新建学校的教师能否尽快完成职业适应,成长为一支积极进取、水平过硬、团结一致的队伍,是新建学校可持续发展的关键。通过访谈、问卷调查,发现以某小学为代表的新建学校教师群体主要由新教师、流动教师两部分组成,均存在较严重的职业适应问题,这是教师自身情况、学校建设情况两方面因素造成。此外,流动教师普遍认为获得学校支持较少。因此,我们认为新建学校应该在完善自身制度、文化建设的同时,也应加强对教师队伍、特别是流动教师群体的指导,帮助教师尽快完成职业适应。
With the improvement of urbanization,a number of new schools will inevitably be born.As the cornerstone of ensuring the quality of teaching,whether teachers in newly-built schools can complete their professional adaptation and grow into a positive,proficient,and united team is the key to the sustainable development of newly-built schools.Taking X Primary School as an example,by interviews,questionnaires and other methods,this article found that the teacher group,composing of new teachers and transferred teachers,both have poor professional adaptation,which may be caused by two factors:the teachers'own situation and the situation of the school.Besides,transferred teachers generally believe that they have less support from schools.Therefore,we believe that new schools should not only improve their own system and cultural construction,but also strengthen the guidance of the teaching team,especially the transferred teacher group,promote the teacher group to complete the professional adaptation to the new job.
