借鉴国际经验 提高我国绿色金融信息披露水平

Using International Experience for Reference to Improve the Level of Green Financial Information Disclosure in China

提高信息披露水平对绿色金融稳健高质量发展具有重要意义。美欧日韩等发达经济体通过建立健全法律法规体系、成立绿色金融机构组织、创新绿色金融产品、制定绿色投资标准体系、加强全投资周期管理等措施并取得积极成效。目前,我国在绿色金融法制建设、标准建设、评价体系、全周期管理领域还存在薄弱环节。未来,应在借鉴国际经验的基础上,建立健全法制体系、统一标准评价体系、完善信息披露体系、优化全周期管理体系,全面提高绿色金融披露水平,推动我国绿色金融健康蓬勃发展。

To improve the level of information disclosure is of great significance to the sound and high-quality development of green finance.The United States,Europe,Japan and South Korea and other developed economies have achieved positive results by establishing and improving their legal and regulatory systems,setting up green financial institutions,innovating green financial products,establishing green investment standard systems and strengthening the management of the entire investment cycle.At present,there are still weak links in the fields of green finance legal system construction,standard construction,evaluation system and full-cycle management.In the future,we should establish and improve the legal system,unified standard evaluation system,perfect the information disclosure system,optimize the full-cycle management system,and improve the level of green financial disclosure,promoting the healthy and vigorous development of green finance in China.
