摘要
针对传统的高校科技创新能力评价方法存在评价结果误差率较高的问题,本文开展了基于主成分分析的衡阳市高校科技创新能力评价方法的设计。首先,遵循规范化的构建原则,设计衡阳市高校科技创新能力评价模型,并提取衡阳市高校科技创新能力评价因子;其次,构建评价因子荷载矩阵,基于主成分分析方法,对科技创新能力进行赋权,根据权值的比较实现评价方法的设计;最后,采用设计对比实验的方式,验证上述方法在实际应用中具有一定的实用性,有效地降低了评价结果存在的误差。
Aiming at the problem of high error rate in traditional evaluation method of scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities, this paper designs the evaluation method of scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Hengyang City based on principal component analysis. First of all, it follows the principle of standardized construction to design scientific and technological innovation ability evaluation model of colleges and universities in Hengyang City, and extracts the evaluation factors. Secondly, it constructs the evaluation factor load matrix, the scientific and technological innovation ability is weighted based on the principal component analysis method, and the evaluation method is designed according to the comparison of weight. Finally, it verifies that the above method has certain practicability and effectively reduce the error of evaluation results by comparative experiments.
