高职科创社团活动在大学生就业能力培养中的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of Cultivating Students’ Employability with Science and Technology Innovation Association Activities in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文结合成都航空职业技术学院汽车科技创新协会的实践,就科创社团对大学生就业能力培养的作用进行探讨,梳理现存的主要问题,并提出解决办法:科创社团在理念上要转变,在制度上要变革,要借助多方面的帮扶机制,构建线上线下联动机制,组织形式多样的科创活动,以活动为载体,打造科创社团品牌,真正让学生从科创社团实践活动中提高综合素养,提升就业竞争力。

Based on the practice of automobile science and technology innovation association in Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic, this paper discusses the role of science and technology innovation association in cultivating college students’ employability, combs out the main problems, and puts forward solutions. It points out that science and technology innovation associations should change their concept and system, build online and offline linkage mechanism with the help of various supporting mechanisms, organize various kinds of science and technology innovation activities, take the activities as the carrier to build the brand, so as to let students improve their comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness from the practical activities of science and technology innovation associations.
