摘要
本文以绿城中国控股有限公司为案例,分析其高负债经营的现状。首先简述企业概况、融资动机及融资状况,然后分析其资本结构和债务结构与高负债经营带来的优势和存在的问题,最后提出了风险防范措施和建议。
This paper takes Greentown China Holdings Limited as a case to analyze the current situation of high debt operation of real estate enterprises. First, it introduces the general situation, financing motivation and financing situation of the enterprise, then analyzes its capital structure and debt structure, as well as the advantages and existing problems brought by high debt operation. Finally, it puts forward the measures and suggestions for risk prevention.
