摘要
交通组织应急管理是研究高速公路改扩建工程的重要环节,是有效缓解交通拥堵、减少生命和财产损失的有效途径。充分考虑到高速公路改扩建期间对路段交通的影响,结合高速公路施工区域的性质和特点,设计了施工区应急车道交通组织形式,该应急车道位于道路中央,为两侧车辆共用,通过路面标线区分两侧车辆使用的路权。根据事故对路段交通影响程度的不同,分别设计了3种应急救援方案。进一步运用VISSIM对设计的方案进行仿真分析,依据事故严重程度的不同,仿真出应急方案的分流量大小和救援时间。本方案为高速公路改扩建工程项目的实施提供安全保障,并能够实现快速救援、及时缓解拥堵的效果。
Traffic emergency management is an important part of the study on the expressway reconstruction and expansion.It is an effective way to relieve traffic congestion and reduce life and property losses. Based on the influence of expressway reconstruction and expansion on traffic, and the nature and characteristics of expressway construction area, the traffic organization form of emergency lane in construction area is designed. The emergency lane is located in the middle of the road and is shared by vehicles on both sides, the road right used by vehicles is decided by road marking. According to the different influence degree of the accident on the road traffic, three emergency rescue plans are designed. Furthermore, VISSIM is used to simulate and analyze the designed plans. According to the severity of the accidents, the diversion volume and rescue time of the emergency plans are simulated. These plans provide safety guarantee for expressway reconstruction and expansion project, and can realize quick rescue and timely relief of congestion.
