本文围绕项目实施背景、项目目标、项目设计与实施3个方面分析职业院校素质提高计划培训项目实践;针对项目实践从项目实施成效和培训内容、教师职业能力提升与成长、培训效果评价、培训效果持续性方面总结培训经验,确定了项目实施改进方向。

This paper analyzes the training project practice of vocational college quality improvement plan from project background, project objectives, project design and implementation. According to the project practice, the training experience is summarized from the aspects of project implementation effect, training content, improvement of teachers’ professional ability,training effect evaluation and training effect sustainability, and the improvement direction is proposed for the project implementation.
