研究舍曲林与喹硫平治疗强迫症患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of sertraline and quetiapine in the treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

目的分析舍曲林与喹硫平治疗强迫症患者的临床效果。方法 100例强迫症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用舍曲林治疗,研究组采用舍曲林+喹硫平治疗。对比两组治疗前后耶鲁-布朗强迫症状量表(Y-BOCS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及疗效。结果治疗后,研究组的Y-BOCS评分(7.06±1.50)分、HAMA评分(9.80±0.97)分均低于对照组的(13.82±2.03)、(16.61±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率92.00%高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用舍曲林与喹硫平治疗强迫症,可以改善患者的强迫症严重程度,缓解其焦虑状态,提高疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sertraline and quetiapine in the treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods A total of 100 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random numerical table, each with 50 cases. The control group was treated with sertraline, and the research group was treated with sertraline and quetiapine. The Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale(Y-BOCS) score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score before and after treatment, and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the Y-BOCS score(7.06±1.50) points and HAMA score(9.80±0.97) points of the research group were lower than(13.82±2.03) and(16.61±1.04) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment 92.00% in the research group was higher than 68.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Sertraline and quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder can improve the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder, relieve anxiety and improve the efficacy.
