自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of self-made Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的分析自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组选择常规西医治疗,实验组在常规西医治疗的基础上采用自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血脂[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果实验组临床总有效率95.0%高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HDL-C水平均较本组治疗前提高, LDL-C、TG、TC水平均较本组治疗前降低,且实验组HDL-C(1.44±0.43)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.26±0.27)mmol/L, LDL-C(1.77±0.52)mmol/L、TG(1.65±0.14)mmol/L、TC(3.74±1.03)mmol/L低于对照组的(2.05±0.43)、(1.88±0.24)、(4.23±0.72)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者采用自拟化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗能取得比较显著的临床疗效,能对血脂水平进行有效调节,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of self-made Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with self-made Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and the levels of blood lipids [high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC)] before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate 95.0% of the experimental group was higher than 72.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HDL-C in the two groups were higher than those in this group before treatment, and the levels of LDL-C, TG, and TC were lower than those in this group before treatment;the HDL-C(1.44±0.43) mmol/L of the experimental group was higher than(1.26±0.27) mmol/L of the control group, and the LDL-C(1.77±0.52) mmol/L, TG(1.65±0.14) mmol/L, TC(3.74±1.03) mmol/L were lower than(2.05±0.43),(1.88±0.24),(4.23±0.72) mmol/L of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can effectively regulate the level of blood lipid and is worthy of clinical promotion.
