摘要
针对毫米波段介电常数测试,设计了一种基于自由空间法的双反射面准光介电常数测试系统。该系统的工作中心频率范围为140 GHz。相较于谐振腔和波导测试系统,该系统在测试带宽、测试样片准备及操作方便性方面具备明显优势。将该系统用于某蓝宝石材质微波透射窗口的介电常数测试,测试结果验证了系统的有效性。
For dielectric permittivity measurement in millimeter waveband,a quasi-optical dual-reflector system is developed based on free space method.Center working frequency of the system is 140GHz.Compared with measurement systems based on cavity resonator and waveguide transmission line,the persented system shows obvious advantanges such as wider test bandwidth,convenience in sample material preparation as well as measurement operation.Validity of the quasi-optical system has been demonstrated by performing dielectric property measurement of a microwave transmission window made by sapphire crystal material.
