核壳型多孔富硒缓释性肥料研究及制备 被引量:1

摘要 采用废旧玻璃、富硒矿粉和高岭土掺杂一定量的硼酸在最高温度860℃条件下制备核壳结构富硒缓释性玻璃肥料。本研究创新性地利用核壳结构来制备富硒肥,并掺杂一定量的硼酸来改善富硒玻璃肥料的缓释性的能力。通过EDS,XRD和SEM对制备完成的核壳结构富硒缓释性玻璃肥料元素组成和表面形貌进行表征,并通过原子荧光光度计测试制备的玻璃肥缓释性及硒析出效果。结果表明,在最佳优化比配方和最佳工艺条件下可使玻璃肥缓释性达到实验设计要求,核壳结构富硒缓释性肥料的缓释时间大于90天,在1 L水中1 kg缓释性肥料对硒元素释放量维持在0.13 mg,核壳结构中壳内的气孔大小适中,分布均匀,缓释效果优良。 Using waste glass, rich selenium mineral powder and kaolinite doped with a certain amount of boric acid is made at the highest temperature is 860 ℃ conditions related to the preparation of the nuclear shell structure of se-enriched slow-releasing potential glass fertilizer method research. This study innovative use nuclear shell structure to the preparation of se-enriched fertilizer, and with a certain amount of boric acid to improve selenium-rich glass fertilizer slow-releasing potential ability.The composition and surface morphology of the shell core selenium-rich sustained-release glass fertilizer prepared by EDS, XRD and SEM were characterized, and the sustained-release and selenium precipitation effects of the prepared glass fertilizer were tested by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results showed that the best optimization than the formula and the best process conditions can make glass fertilizer slow-releasing potential in meeting the requirements of the design of experiment, The slow release time of se-enriched chitocore-structured slow-release fertilizer is more than 90 days, and the release amount of se-enriched slow-release fertilizer is maintained at 0.13 mg per kg in 1 liter of water, stomatal size within the shell shell in nuclear structure, uniform distribution,good slow release effect.
