摘要
全媒体的发展与壮大,促使了以视频为主要形式的"云游"类文化旅游线上服务不断涌现,这为公共图书馆开展文化旅游线上服务提供了新的思路与挑战。文章通过问卷调查、实例调研等方式,对旅游从业者开展文化旅游视频服务和用户实际需求进行调研、分析,总结当下文化旅游视频服务内容、模式、服务效应等,提出公共图书馆文化旅游视频服务的发展策略:立足馆藏资源,强化传统文化输出;优化视频内容,融入共情传播元素;培育专业团队,搭建互动平台;跨行跨界合作,创新服务模式。扩大图书馆新媒体影响力,推动文化旅游线上与线下融合发展。
Thanks to the development of all media,video-based "cloud tourism" has been made possible,which makes public libraries explore new ways to offer online cultural tourism services.Through questionnaires and case studies,the author of this paper analyzes the demands of users and discusses the contents,mode and efficiency of the video service of cultural tourism.The paper also provides development strategies We must leverage library collection and work to further promote traditional Chinese culture;continue to enhance the contents of video clips and create more videos that can strike a chord with the audiences;build a talent pool and a platform for interaction;cooperate across the board and innovate our service mode.for public libraries to carry out cultural tourism through video,expand the presence of public libraries in the new media field and facilitate the integration of online and offline cultural tourism.
