摘要
供应链上的信息不完全、信息不对称以及供应链上不同节点对物料管理单位的不同,往往会导致不可分割或耗用单位不易直接测量的原材料的管理出现信息滞后,以致最终产成品数量无法及时满足客户要求甚至后续的“补数”程序不及时,这些“补数”不但挑战了制造商内部管理的以品质、效率和损耗等为现象的最终成本,而且最终也会影响客户满意度和后续的合作。文章主要基于供应链理论对某公司的“补数”进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上提出的“先验”策略的信息化模型可以最大程度满足客户的需求,该创新对“快消”等大数量制造业的“补数”实践具有很强的理论和现实指导意义。
Incomplete information and asymmetric information,and the difference of material management unit at different nodes in the supply chain often lead to the information lag in the management of inseparable raw materials or materials that are difficult to be measured directly,and sometimes the subsequent replenishmentis not timely provided.As a result,the customer s requirements can not be properly met because of the insufficiency of finished goods.The replenishment strategy is not only challenging the manufacturer s internal management cost,quality,efficiency,yield loss and so on,but also will affect customer s satisfaction and subsequent cooperation.Based on this background,the replenishment strategy launched in a certain company was analyzed and explored based on the key supply chain theory.The paper proposes that the informationization model guided by the priori strategy could satisfy the customer s needs to the greatest extent.Furthermore,the innovated replenishment strategy based on the informationization model proposed in this paper also provided a practical reference for the bulk production in manufacturing industries(such as fast-moving consumer goods)on how to fulfill and satisfy the customers’needs.
