摘要 在大型密闭型电石炉生产过程中,每台电石炉配套3台变压器及3台电极桶,每台变压器上7组低压端子分别与电极桶上7组导电夹相连,导电夹与电极桶之间通过的电流随导电夹和电极桶接触的导通性而改变,导通性好,则该导电夹通过的电流在使用中接近各组导电夹正常使用时的平均值,生产比较稳定。 In the production process of large closed calcium carbide furnace,each calcium carbide furnace is equipped with three transformers and three electrode barrels.Seven groups of low-voltage terminals on each transformer are respectively connected with seven groups of conductive clips on the electrode barrel.The current passing between the conductive clip and the electrode barrel changes with the conductivity of the contact between the conductive clip and the electrode barrel.If the conductivity is good,the current passing through the conductive clip is close to the average value of each group of conductive clips in normal use,the production is relatively stable.
