东北抗联斗争为中国抗日战争乃至世界反法西斯战争的胜利做出了巨大的贡献,东北抗联精神作为红色文化也有着重要的精神内涵,体现着高尚的爱国情操、坚定的理想信念、伟大的牺牲精神。东北抗联文化是优秀的民族文化,亦是中华民族精神的彰显,也是人类献身正义事业威武不屈、百折不挠的典范。因此,保护并传承、发展东北抗联文化是我们的责任,也是留给后人的文化遗产,文章以《哈尔滨市东北抗联文化保护传承条例》为例,探讨东北抗联文化保护的路径。

The Northeast Anti-Japanese Federation made a great contribution to the victory of the Second Sino-Japanese War and even the world anti-fascist war.The northeast Anti-Japanese Federation spirit,as a red culture,also has an important spiritual connotation,and embodies a noble patriotic sentiment,firm ideals and beliefs,the great spirit of sacrifice.The Northeast Anti-Japanese Federation culture is not only an outstanding national culture,but also the manifestation of the Chinese national spirit.Therefore,it is our duty to protect,inherit and develop the culture of the northeast Anti-Japanese Federation,and it is also a cultural heritage left for future generations.This chapter takes the“Regulations on the protection and inheritance of the culture of the northeast Anti-Japanese Federation in Harbin”as an example to explore the path of the cultural protection of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Federation.
