理论建构模式下的墨家“十论”——兼论对公共管理的启示

Analysis of Mohist’s“Ten Mohist Theses”under the Theoretical Construction Mode——Also on Their Enlightenment to Public Administration

墨家"凡入国必择物而从事"的思想使墨家"十论"在实际运用中具有以结果为导向进行"选择性执行"的特点,使应对不同事态的部分主张间是否矛盾存在争论。本文以"义"作为"十论"的核心,试图提出一种从宏大理论衍生至低层理论的分析思路,使"十论"成为构成宏大理论的重要要素,为墨家"十论"的内部和谐提供一个新的解释。在公共管理视角下,墨家"十论"在社会治理共同体构建、公共精神建设、透明政府建设等方面能给予一定的启示。

The Mohist’s thought that“the government of the country must prescribe the right remedy”makes the Mohist’s“Ten Mohist Theses”feature result-oriented“selective execution”in practical applications,which makes it possible to dispute whether there are contradictions between some of the propositions dealing with different situations. This article takes“Yi”as the core of the“Ten Mohist Theses”,trying to put forward an analytical thinking from the grand theory to the low-order propositions, making the“Ten Mohist Theses”an important element of the grand theory, and provide a new explanation for the internal harmony of Mohist“Ten Mohist Theses”. From the perspective of Public Administration, Mohist’s“Ten Theses”can give certain enlightenment on the construction of social governance community, the construction of public spirit, and the construction of transparent government.
