With the continuous development and change of China's economy and science and technology,people's quality of daily life and interest in life are also gradually improving.Under the management of urban construction,development and operation,government agencies should effectively use horticultural technology to plan the development concept and development mode of the period.Under the horticultural technology and design management,we should be able to design garden landscape art that is full of the flavor of the times and meets the social needs of the new era.This paper mainly discusses a series of situations involved in the design and development of horticultural technology and landscape.In order to meet people's daily needs,designers have created a more comfortable and beautiful landscape environment from many aspects.
