分析房建工程中装配式混凝土剪力墙结构施工技术应用

Analysis on Construction Technology Application of Prefabricated Concrete Shear Wall Structure in Housing Construction Project

装配式混凝土剪力墙结构是一种新兴建筑技术,相较于传统房建工程中的现浇混凝土工艺而言,其在人力成本、材料成本乃至施工效率上都要占有很大优势,而且由于具有标准化设计、机械化安装、工厂化加工的技术特点,使得建筑施工周期得以大幅度缩短,并且能够有效控制工程施工质量。基于此,本文对房屋建筑工程中装配式混凝土剪力墙结构施工技术应用展开了分析,希望能够进一步提升剪力墙施工质量。

Prefabricated concrete shear wall structure is an emerging construction technology.Compared with the cast-in-place concrete process in traditional housing construction,it has great advantages in labor cost,material cost and even construction efficiency.Due to the technical characteristics of standardized design,mechanized installation,and factory processing,the construction period of the building can be greatly shortened,and the construction quality of the project can be effectively controlled.Based on this,this article analyzes the construction technology application of prefabricated concrete shear wall structures in housing construction projects,hoping to further improve the quality of shear wall construction.
