在海绵城市建设理念中,要以建设为载体,建设具有一定规模的新“海绵体”,提高雨水回收率,形成天然“海绵体”,为解决城市水资源利用不足、改善生态环境提供技术解决方案。海绵城市的建设通过海绵概念中“渗透、储存、停滞、净化、利用、排水”的特点,改善了城市排水系统和居民的生活舒适度。

In the concept of sponge city construction,it is necessary to use construction as the carrier to build a new“sponge”at a certain scale,increase the recovery rate of rainwater,and form a natural“sponge”so as to provide technology solution for insufficient utilization of urban water resources and improving the ecological environment.The construction of the sponge city improves the urban drainage system and the living comfort of residents through the characteristics of“penetration,storage,stagnation,purification,utilization,and drainage”in the sponge concept.
