口腔专科护士核心能力培养相关指标的构建

Construction of related indexes of core competency training of dental specialist nurses

目的:构建口腔专科护士核心能力、培养方法、考核评价指标体系。方法:基于文献回顾、半结构式访谈和德尔菲专家咨询法构建口腔专科护士核心能力、培养方法、考核评价指标体系。结果:共进行2轮专家咨询,问卷有效回收率分别为91.30%和100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.859和0.865,肯德尔和谐系数(Kendall’s W)分别为0.24和0.27(均P<0.001),各指标变异系数为0.04~0.40和0.04~0.20。最终形成的口腔专科护士核心能力指标包括一级指标6项、二级指标18项、三级指标41项;口腔专科护士核心能力培养方法指标包括一级指标3项、二级指标10项;口腔专科护士核心能力考核评价指标包括一级指标2项、二级指标5项。结论:本研究构建的专科护士核心能力、培养方法、考核评价指标体系具有科学性、可靠性和可实践性,有利于我国口腔专科护士核心能力培养。

Objective:To construct index system of core competence,training methods,and assessment and evaluation of dental specialist nurses.Methods:Index system of core competence,training methods,and assessment and evaluation of dental specialist nurses were constructed based on literature review,semi-structured interviews and Delphi expert consultation.Results:A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The effective recovery rates of questionnaire were 91.30% and 100.00%,respectively.Expert authority coefficients were 0.859 and 0.865,respectively.Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.24 and 0.27,respectively(both P<0.001).And coefficient of variation of each indicator was from 0.04 to 0.40 and from 0.04 to 0.20.The final core competency indexes of dental specialist nurses included 6 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes,and 41 third-level indexes.The training methods indexes of core competency of dental specialist nurses included 3 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes.And the assessment and evaluation indexes of core competency of dental specialist nurses included 2 first-level indexes,5 second-level indexes.Conclusions:Index system of core competence,training methods,and assessment and evaluation of dental specialist nurses constructed in this study is scientific,reliable and practical.It is benefit for training core competence of dental specialist nurses in China.
