在规培护士中医护理适宜技术培训中引入思维导图培训法对操作能力的提升作用

Introduction of the Mind Map Training Method in the Training of the Appropriate Technical Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for the Planned Training of Nurses to Improve the Operational Ability

目的讨论规培护士教学中应用思维导图培训法进行中医护理适宜技术培训的方法对规培护士操作能力的提升效果。方法选取2020年7—12月在该院进行规培的护士42名,随机分为A组(n=21)、B组(n=21)。两组均开展中医护理适宜技术培训,其中A组采取常规理论+实训教学,B组在A组基础上引入思维导图培训法开展相关教学工作。对比两组规培护士在培训后中医护理适宜技术的操作能力考核情况及护士培训满意度。结果B组中医护理适宜技术操作能力考核总成绩(88.31±2.82)分较A组(76.84±6.83)分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.113,P<0.05)。B组考核优良率(80.95%)较A组(66.67%)提升,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.113,P>0.05);A组规培护士对培训工作满意度平均得分为(84.32±5.63)分,B组为(92.17±4.31)分,B组较A组提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对规培护士开展中医护理适宜技术培训的工作中,应用思维导图培训法进行教学工作能够有效地增强培训效果,使规培护士的护理操作能力得到有效提高。

Objective To discuss the the improvement effect of the mind mapping training in the training of suitable nursing techniques of TCM in the teaching of cinnamon nurse.Methods A total of 42 nurses who were trained in the hospital from July to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=21)and group B(n=21).Both groups carried out appropriate technical training in traditional Chinese medicine nursing,of which group A adopted conventional theory+practical training,and group B introduced a mind map training method on the basis of group A to carry out related teaching work.Compared the two groups of nurses trained in traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills after the training,the operation ability assessment and nurse training satisfaction.Results The total score in the assessment of suitable technical operation ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in group B(88.31±2.82)points was significantly higher than that in group A(76.84±6.83)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.113,P<0.05).The excellent and good assessment rate of group B(80.95%)was higher than that of group A(66.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.113,P>0.05).The average score of training nurses in group A was(84.32±5.63)points,group B was(92.17±4.31)points,group B was higher than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the work of training the nurses in the training of TCM nursing suitable technology,the teaching work through the application of mind map training method can effectively enhance the training effect,so that the nursing operation ability of the nurses in the training can be effectively improved.
