慢性病管理存在的问题及对策分析

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Chronic Diseases

目的探讨慢性病管理存在的问题及对策。方法选取该院自2020年1月—2021年5月收治的慢性病患者,从中随机选取110例患者以及14名慢性病管理负责人作为该次的研究对象,对慢性病管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出相应的防范对策。结果该组慢性病管理存在的问题中,管理不受重视占35.71%(5/14),管理人员不足占14.29%(2/14),管理缺乏相应的效果评价制度占21.43%(3/14),患者缺少慢性病管理的相关知识占14.29%(2/14),管理人员专业水平欠佳占据14.29%(2/14)。结论在基层医院慢性病管理存在的问题中,常见的问题包括外界原因、管理人员原因、患者自身原因等,应该强化慢性病管理人员的专业技能,完善慢性病管理的效果评价制度,提高对管理的重视度,从而使慢性病管理质量得到提升。

Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures in the management of chronic diseases.Methods Selected patients with chronic diseases admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to May 2021,and randomly selected 110 patients 14 perons in cnargr of chronic disease management as the research objects,analyszed the problems in the management of chronic diseases,and propose corresponding preventive measures.Results Among the problems in the management in this group,35.71%(5/14)were not taken seriously by management,14.29%(2/14)were lack of management personnel,and 21.43%were lack of management effectiveness evaluation system(3/14),patients lacking knowledge of chronic disease management accounted for 14.29%(2/14),and management staff lacked professional skills accounted for 14.29%(2/14).Conclusion Among the problems of chronic disease management in primary hospitals,common problems include external factors,managers'reasons,patients'own reasons,etc.The professional skills of chronic disease managers should be strengthened,the effect evaluation system of chronic disease management should be improved,and the attention to management should be enhanced.Therefore,the quality of chronic disease management has been improved.
