自我管理在肾移植患者中的运用效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Self-management in Renal Transplantation Patients

目的研究分析自我管理模式在肾移植患者中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月—2021年1月内该院收治的90例肾移植患者为研究对象。根据姓氏首字母排序将其中45例患者纳入一组,命名为对照组,将余下45例纳入一组,命名为研究组。对照组与研究组分别采取常规管理模式和自我管理模式。对比两组自我管理评分、管理前后生活质量、管理满意度。结果研究组自我管理各项指标评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前两组生活质量相当且处于较低水平,管理后与对照组相比,研究组生活质量得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度对比,研究组显著更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾移植患者实施自我管理能够显著提升其自我管理能力水平,改善生活质量,管理满意度也相对更高。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of self-management model in kidney transplantation patients.Methods The time period from January 2019 to January 2021,90 kidney transplant patients treated in the hospital during this time period were used as the research object.According to the initial alphabetical order of surnames,45 patients were included in a group and named the control group,and the remaining 45 patients were included in the study group.The control group and the study group adopted conventional management mode and self-management mode respectively.Compared the two groups of self-management scores,quality of life before and after management,and management satisfaction.Results The self-management index scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life of the two groups before management was equivalent and at a low level,compared with the control group after management,the quality of life of the study group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing management satisfaction,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management of kidney transplant patients can significantly improve their self-management ability,improve their quality of life,and have relatively higher management satisfaction.
