风险意识管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Risk Awareness Management in Nursing Management of Operating Room

目的分析风险意识管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法于2020年6月—2021年6月选取该院手术室接收的手术患者200例进行分析。将200例手术患者按照随机抽签分组法分为两组,参照组应用常规管理进行手术室护理管理,观察组应用风险意识管理进行手术室护理管理。分析两组进行手术室护理管理后的手术室管理质量、管理人员风险知识了解情况、手术室风险事件发生率、管理满意度。结果在对进行手术室护理管理后,观察组的手术室管理质量较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理人员风险知识了解情况较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术室风险事件发生率较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用风险意识管理能够提升手术室管理质量,丰富管理人员风险知识,降低手术室风险事件发生率,提高管理满意度,建议在手术室护理管理中应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of risk awareness management in operating room nursing management.Methods From June 2020 and June 2021,200 surgical patients received in the operating room of the hospital during this time period were selected for analysis.The 200 surgical patients were divided into two groups according to the random lottery grouping method.The reference group were treated with routine management for the nursing management of the operating room,the observation group were treated with risk awareness management for the nursing management of the operating room.Analyzed the operating room management quality,management personnel's risk knowledge understanding,the incidence rate of operating room risk events,and management satisfaction of the two groups of patients after operating room nursing management.Results After the operating room care and management,the quality of operating room management of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management staff of the observation group had better understanding of risk knowledge than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of operating room risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk awareness management can improve the quality of operating room management,enrich the risk knowledge of managers,reduce the incidence of risk events in the operating room,and improve management satisfaction.It is recommended to apply it in operating room nursing management.
