基于差错管理在小儿心血管内科病房的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect Based on Error Management in Pediatric Cardiovascular Medical Ward

目的探讨差错管理在小儿心血管内科病房的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院小儿心血管内科病房2018年1月—2019年12月收治的200例患儿,根据管理模式的差异分为常规管理组(n=100)以及差错管理组(n=100)。比较两组的管理质量、管理差错的发生情况,以及家长的满意度。结果差错管理组管理质量显著高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);差错管理组管理差错低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);差错管理组家长满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿心血管内科病房管理采用差错管理可更好地促进管理差错的降低,提高管理的质量,提高家长的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of error management in pediatric cardiovascular medicine ward.Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 children in the pediatric cardiovascular medicine ward in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into routine management group(n=100)and error management group(n=100)according to the difference in management mode.Compared the management quality,the occurrence of management errors and compared the satisfaction of parents of the two groups.Results The management quality of the error management group was significantly higher than that of the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management error of the error management group was lower than that of the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of parents in the error management group was higher than that in the conventional management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of error management in the management of pediatric cardiovascular medical ward can better promote the reduction of management errors,improve the quality of management,and increase the satisfaction of parents.It is worthy of popularization and application.
