风险管理在护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in Nursing Management

目的探讨在实施护理管理期间风险管理方式运用可行性。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月工作的50名护理人员进行护理管理研究。随机分为参照组(采用常规管理方式完成护理管理)和研究组(采用常规管理方式+风险管理方式完成护理管理),各25名;比较两组护理人员护理质量评分、风险事件总发生率以及管理满意度评分。结果研究组环境管理、用药管理、应急处理以及护患沟通评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组风险事件(意外拔管、错误用药、护理投诉)总发生率(12.00%)低于参照组(52.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理态度、培训技术、管理全面性、管理效果评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理方式有效运用后,观察环境管理、用药管理、应急处理以及护患沟通评分,获得显著提高,证明护理质量获得显著提升;意外拔管、错误用药、护理投诉事件发生率降低,证明护理风险事件发生率获得显著降低;管理态度、培训技术、管理全面性、管理效果评分获得显著提高,证明管理满意度获得显著提高,可促进护理人员综合素质提升。

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying risk management methods during the implementation of nursing management.Methods 50 nursing staff who worked from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for nursing management research.Randomly divided into a reference group(used conventional management methods to complete nursing management)and a study group(used conventional management methods+risk management methods to complete nursing management),each with 25 people.The nursing quality scores,total incidence of risk events,and management satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups of nursing staff.Results The environmental management,medication management,emergency response and nurse-patient communication scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events(accidental extubation,wrong medication,nursing complaints)in the study group(12.00%)was lower than that in the reference group(52.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management attitude,training techniques,comprehensiveness of management,and management effect scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After effective used of risk management methods,observation of environmental management,medication management,emergency response,and nurse-patient communication scores has been significantly improved,which proves that the quality of care has been significantly improved.The incidence of accidental extubation,wrong medication,and nursing complaints has been reduced,which proves that the incidence of nursing risk events has been significantly reduced.The management attitude,training technology,comprehensiveness of management,and management effect scores have been significantly improved,which proves that management satisfaction has been significantly improved,which can promote the overall quality of nursing staff.
