PDCA循环管理法在提高心胸外科护士手卫生依从性中的应用

Application of PDCA Circulation Management Method in Improving Hand Hygiene Compliance of Nurses in Cardiothoracic Surgery

目的分析在心胸外科护士手卫生依从性提升中,PDCA循环管理法的应用价值。方法使用随机信封法从该院2020年1月—2021年5月心胸外科护士中选取46名,并以随机抽签法平均分为对照组和研究组进行统计学分析,以常规管理法应用于对照组,以PDCA循环管理法应用于研究组,对两组护士手卫生依从性、正确率、手卫生知识掌握率以及手卫生细菌学检验合格率进行对比。结果管理前,两组护士各项手卫生相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过管理,两组情况均有改善,研究组护士手卫生依从性及正确率更高,且研究组护士手卫生知识掌握率与手卫生细菌学检验合格率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法能够有效提升心胸外科护士手卫生依从性,有利于改善护理人员相关知识掌握情况、减少手部细菌,从而提升护理质量,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA circulation management method in improving hand hygiene compliance of nurses in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods 46 nurses from cardiothoracic surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected by random envelope method,and randomly divided into control group and study group for statistical analysis.The conventional management method was applied to the control group.The PDCA cycle management method was applied to the study group.Compared the hand hygiene compliance,accuracy rate,hand hygiene knowledge mastering rate,and hand hygiene bacteriological test pass rate of the two groups of nurses.Results Before management,there was no significant difference between the two groups of nurses in various hand hygiene-related indexes(P>0.05).After management,the conditions of the two groups were improved.The nurses in the study group had higher compliance and accuracy in hand hygiene,and the hand hygiene knowledge and pass rate of hand hygiene in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of cardiothoracic surgery nurses,improve the knowledge of nurses,reduce hand bacteria,and improve the quality of nursing.It has high application value.
