临床路径教学法在中医耳鼻喉科临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在实施中医耳鼻喉科临床实习带教中临床路径教学法应用可行性。方法将该院2020年3—12月40名中医耳鼻喉科实习生按数字奇偶法随机分组;研究组(20名):采用临床路径教学法完成临床实习带教;参照组(20名):采用传统带教法完成临床实习带教;就组间考核成绩(操作成绩、理论成绩)以及教学满意度(理论知识提高、教学目标明确、实践能力增强、合作能力增强、思维拓展能力增强、解决问题能力增强、自主学习兴趣增加)展开对比。结果研究组实习生操作成绩(89.25±2.25)分、理论成绩(88.62±5.35)分均高于参照组(69.85±3.23)分、(69.79±3.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生理论知识提高(89.88±7.23)分、教学目标明确(90.55±6.69)分、实践能力增强(89.99±7.25)分、合作能力增强(90.64±10.33)分、思维拓展能力增强(90.77±8.29)分、解决问题能力增强(91.52±9.65)分、自主学习兴趣增加(92.56±10.66)分均高于参照组(70.85±9.69)分、(69.65±5.59)分、(69.77±5.71)分、(70.28±2.25)分、(69.69±5.85)分、(69.43±3.23)分、(70.58±5.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法有效应用,可使中医耳鼻喉科实习生临床实习带教效果显著提升,确保实习生操作成绩以及理论成绩均获得显著提高,并将理论知识提高、教学目标明确、实践能力增强、合作能力增强、思维拓展能力增强、解决问题能力增强、自主学习兴趣增加评分结果有效提高,从而促进中医耳鼻喉科临床实习带教顺利开展,提升实习生综合素质。 Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical path teaching method in clinical practice teaching of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From March to December 2020,40 trainees in the Department of Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into groups according to the digital parity method.Study group(20 people):use clinical path teaching method to complete clinical practice teaching.Reference group(20 people):the clinical practice teaching was completed by the traditional teaching method.Compared the assessment results between groups(operational results,theoretical results)and teaching satisfaction(increased theoretical knowledge,clear teaching goals,enhanced practical ability,enhanced cooperation ability,enhanced thinking development ability,enhanced problem-solving ability,and increased interest in independent learning).Results The operating scores(89.25±2.25)points and theoretical scores(88.62±5.35)points of the trainees in the study group were higher than those of the reference group(69.85±3.23)points and(69.79±3.25)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The trainees in the study group improved their theoretical knowledge of the TCM ENT interns was improved(89.88±7.23)points,the teaching goals were clear(90.55±6.69)points,practical ability enhancement(89.99±7.25)points,cooperation ability enhancement(90.64±10.33)points,thinking development ability enhancement(90.77±8.29)points,improved problem-solving ability(91.52±9.65)points,increased interest in autonomous learning(92.56±10.66)points were higher than the reference group(70.85±9.69)points,(69.65±5.59)points,(69.77±5.71)points,(70.28±2.25)points,(69.69±5.85)points,(69.43±3.23)points,(70.58±5.27)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of the clinical path teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect of clinical practice for trainees in the Department of Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Ensure that the operational and theoretical performance of the interns have been significantly improved.And the improvement of theoretical knowledge,clear teaching goals,enhanced practical ability,enhanced cooperation ability,enhanced thinking development ability,enhanced problem-solving ability,and increased interest in autonomous learning have effectively improved the scoring results.So as to promote the smooth development of clinical practice teaching in the Department of Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and improve the overall quality of interns.
