摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法结合微信互动教学法在护理带教中的实施效果。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月80名护理实习生为研究对象,双盲随机法分为两组。对照组给予传统方法带教,研究组实施PBL教学法结合微信互动教学法。比较两组教学方法满意度、护理技能考试成绩、护理理论考试成绩。结果研究组教学方法满意度高于对照组,护理技能考试成绩、护理理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生实施PBL教学法结合微信互动教学法效果确切,可提高护理实习生的理论以及护理技能掌握水平,提高其对带教方法的满意度,有利于护理实习生更好地提高实习成绩并为日后的工作打好基础。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method combined with Wechat interactive teaching method in nursing teaching.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 nursing interns in the hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the study group implemented PBL teaching method combined with WeChat interactive teaching method.Compared the two groups of teaching method satisfaction,nursing skills test scores,nursing theory test scores.Results The teaching method satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of nursing skills examination and nursing theory study were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method combined with WeChat interactive teaching method by nursing interns has a definite effect,which can improve the theoretical and nursing skills mastery of nursing interns,and increase their satisfaction with teaching methods.It is conducive to nursing interns to better improve their internship performance and lay a solid foundation for future work.
