分阶段教学在ICU护理带教中的应用及对教学质量的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨分阶段教学在ICU护理带教中的应用及对教学质量的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月该院ICU新入职护士(含实习护士)共50名进行ICU临床护理教学,按照不同教学方法随机分为两组:常规教学法组采取常规的教学模式,分阶段教学法组采取分阶段评分教学法。比较两组新护士ICU临床护理理论成绩、ICU临床实操知识的掌握情况,并通过问卷调查评价各组新入职护士对教学效果的满意情况。结果分阶段教学法组ICU临床护理理论成绩、ICU临床实操知识的考核成绩高于常规教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分阶段教学法组对教学效果的满意度高于常规教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用分阶段教学法进行ICU临床护理教学可取得较好效果,其应用可有效提高教学的成效,促进学生理论和临床护理技能的提高,且学生对教学模式的满意度更高,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of staged teaching in nephrology nursing teaching and its influence on teaching quality.Methods A total of 50 newly recruited nurses(including trainee nurses)in ICU of the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected for ICU clinical nursing teaching.According to different teaching methods,they were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional teaching method group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the staged teaching method group adopted the staged grading teaching method.Compared the two groups of new nurses'ICU clinical nursing theoretical performance and ICU clinical practice knowledge mastery,and evaluated the satisfaction of each group of newly recruited nurses with the teaching effect through a questionnaire survey.Results The ICU clinical nursing theory scores and ICU clinical practice knowledge assessment scores in the staged teaching method group were higher than those in the conventional teaching method group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of satisfaction with the teaching effect of the staged teaching method group was higher than that of the conventional teaching method group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged teaching method in ICU clinical nursing teaching can achieve better results,and its application can effectively improve the effectiveness of teaching,promote the improvement of students'theoretical and clinical nursing skills,and students are more satisfied with the teaching model,which is worthy of popularization and application.
