不同的教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比分析不同的教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—7月在该院消化内科学习的80名实习及规培医学生开展该次研究,根据临床教学模式不同分成参照组[以问题为基础教学模式(PBL),50名]与研究组[微课堂教学模式联合案例式立体教学模式(CTTM),50名],对比两组教学效果。结果完成教学之后,研究组医学生的基础知识考核成绩、病例分析考核成绩、临床实践操作考核成绩等均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);完成教学之后,研究组医学生对教学的满意度、教学对提高自我临床技能的作用、教学对自我基础知识掌握的作用、教学对提高临床辩证思维的作用、教学对提高自我自学能力的作用、教学对促进师生交流的作用等的教学模式的认同率均显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科的临床教学工作中实施微课堂教学模式联合CTTM教学模式能够获得更加显著的教学效果,与PBL相比较医学生能够掌握更多消化内科基础知识,有效提高医学生的病例分析能力、实践操作能力、独立思考能力,更好地促进师生交流。 Objective To compare and analyze the application effects of different teaching modes in clinical teaching of Gastroenterology.Methods 80 internship and regular training medical students who were studied in the department of gastroenterology in the hospital from January to July 2020 were selected to carry out this study.According to the different clinical teaching modes,it was divided into a reference group[question-based teaching mode(PBL),50 people]and a research group[micro-classroom teaching mode combined with case-based three-dimensional teaching mode(CTTM),50 people],and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results After completing the teaching,the basic knowledge assessment scores,case analysis assessment scores,and clinical practice operation assessment scores of the medical students in the research group were all higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After completing the teaching,the medical students in the research group were satisfied with teaching,the role of teaching in improving self-clinical skills,the role of teaching in mastering basic self-knowledge,the role of teaching in improving clinical dialectical thinking,the role of teaching in improving self-study ability,the recognition rate of teaching mode such as the role of teaching in promoting teacher-student communication was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of gastroenterology,the implementation of micro-class teaching mode combined with CTTM teaching mode can achieve more significant teaching effects.Compared with PBL,medical students can master more basic knowledge of gastroenterology.Effectively improve the medical students'case analysis ability,practical operation ability,independent thinking ability,and better promote teacher-student exchanges.
