神经外科带教中教师标准化病人带教的实施效果评定

Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Standardized Patient Teaching by Teachers in Neurosurgery Teaching

目的评定神经外科带教中教师标准化病人带教的实施效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月该院神经外科进行实习的50名临床医师进行调查,将其按照随机抽签分组法分为两组。参照组临床实习医师应用传统教学模式进行带教,研究组临床实习医师应用教师标准化病人方式进行带教。分析两组神经外科临床实习医师经过带教后的出科成绩、临床工作能力、带教满意度。结果在对神经外科的临床实习医师进行带教后,研究组临床实习医师的出科成绩、临床工作能力均优于参照组,且带教满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对神经外科的临床实习医师进行带教时,应用教师标准化病人方式带教能够丰富实习医师的相关专业知识,锻炼其动手操作能力,培养临床工作能力,提高带教满意度,建议在为神经内科临床实习医师进行带教时使用。

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of standardized patient teaching by teachers in neurosurgery teaching.Methods Selected 50 clinicians who were internships in neurosurgery from July 2020 to July 2021 in the hospital for investigation.Divided them into two groups according to the random lottery grouping method.Clinical interns in the reference group used traditional teaching methods to teach.The clinical interns in the study group used the teacher's standardized patient approach to teach.Analyzed the clinical performance,clinical work ability,and satisfaction of the two groups of neurosurgery clinical interns after teaching.Results After teaching the clinical interns of neurosurgery,the clinical interns of the study group had better department performance and clinical work ability than the reference group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching clinical interns in neurosurgery,applying teachers'standardized patient teaching methods can enrich interns'relevant professional knowledge,exercise their hands-on skills,cultivate clinical work capabilities,and improve teaching satisfaction.It is recommended to be used when teaching neurology clinical interns.
