急诊规范化培训中运用CBL联合PBL教学法的价值

摘要 目的探究CBL联合PBL教学法在急诊科医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年5月该院急诊科室80名参与规范化培训的医师为探究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组40名。对常规组在规范化培训中实施传统的LBL教学法,对研究组采取CBL联合PBL教学法进行规范化培训。对比两组考核成绩、教学满意度和教学效果。结果研究组理论成绩、实操成绩、案例分析成绩均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度(97.50%)显著大于常规组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CBL联合PBL教学法应用在急诊规范化培训中可明显提升急诊医师理论成绩、实操能力及案例分析水平,教学效果更显著,教学满意度更高,在急诊科规范化培训中值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of emergency doctors.Methods From August 2020 to May 2021,80 doctors in the emergency department of the hospital who participated in standardized training were,Selected as the subjects of investigation.Randomly divided them into routine group and study group,each group includes 40 doctors.Implemented the traditional LBL teaching method in standardized training for the routine group,and adopted the CBL combined PBL teaching method for standardized training for the study group.Compared the two sets of assessment results,teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.Results The theoretical performance,practical performance,and case analysis performance of the study group were better than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than the routine group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the study group was better than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in standardized emergency department training can significantly improve the theoretical performance,practical ability and case analysis level of emergency doctors.The teaching effect is more significant,and the teaching satisfaction is higher.It is worthy of popularization and application in standardized emergency department training.
