摘要
目的探讨实践“三教”改革背景下高职医学专业教材《急救技术》改革方式及实践效果。方法纳选湘潭医卫职业技术学院2021级护理专业学生120名,依照所属班级不同分设小组,对照组(n=60名,应用传统教材指导临床实训)和研究组(n=60名,应用活页式教材指导临床实训)。比较两组出科后学生对教学效果自评分、考核成绩(急救理论成绩及急救实践成绩)。结果研究组教学效果自评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生理论成绩及实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论《急救技术》教材指导临床实训,可优化教学安排及考核方式、创新教学形式及教学内容,提升课程组织水平,提升学生理论及实践技能水平。
Objective To discuss the reform methods and practical effects of the medical textbook"Emergency Technology"in higher vocational medicine under the background of the reform of"three educations".Methods A total of 120 nursing students from Xiangtan Medical and Health Vocational College of Grade 2021 will be selected and divided into groups according to their classes,control group(n=60,using traditional teaching materials to guide clinical training),and study group(n=60,using loose-leaf textbooks to guide clinical training).Compared the two groups of students'self-grading and assessment results(first aid theory scores and first aid practice scores)of the teaching effect after leaving the department.Results The self-rating of the teaching effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"First Aid Techniques"textbook guides clinical training,can optimize teaching arrangements and assessment methods,innovate teaching methods and teaching content,improve the level of course organization,and enhance the level of students'theoretical and practical skills.
