低粘度与高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study of Low-viscosity and High-viscosity Bone Cement in the Treatment of Nonunion of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures

摘要 目的:观察低粘度与高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法:63例随机分为低粘度组31例和高粘度组32例,高粘度组予以高粘度骨水泥行PVP术治疗,低粘度组予以低粘度骨水泥行PVP术治疗。两组术后均坚持行系统规范的抗骨质疏松治疗。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分、Cobb角均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组责任椎体高度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高粘度组骨水泥渗漏率低于低粘度组。结论:低粘度与高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折不愈合疗效相当,但高粘度骨水泥发生骨水泥渗漏低于低粘度骨水泥,从而提高了PVP术的安全性。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of low viscosity and high viscosity bone cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture nonunion.Methods:Sixty-three cases were randomly divided into low viscosity group(31 cases)and high viscosity group(32 cases).High viscosity group were treated with high viscosity bone cement by PVP,while low viscosity group was treated by low viscosity bone cement by PVP.Both groups adhered to systematic and standardized anti-osteoporosis treatment after operation.Results:The VAS score,ODI score and Cobb angle of the two groups after treatment were all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The heights of responsible vertebral bodies in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The leakage rate of bone cement in the high viscosity group was lower than that in the low viscosity group.Conclusion:Low viscosity and high viscosity bone cements have comparable efficacy in the treatment of nonunion of osteoporotic vertebral fractures,but high viscosity bone cements have lower cement leakage than low viscosity bone cements,thus improving the safety of PVP.
