数字化药品遴选模式实现医疗机构药品供应目录优化的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Digital Drug Selection Mode to Realize the Optimization of Drug Supply Directory in Medical Institutions

目的利用数字化药品遴选模式促进医院药品供应目录合理化。方法通过量化评价体系对院内供应药品及拟遴选药品逐项进行量化评价,赋予药品恰当分值,分析院内供应目录更新前后各项指标优化程度。结果2020年第二季度药事管理与药物治疗学委员会更新目录中,经量化评价体系评分后,更新的药品目录中90%以上为评分最高分的品种,极少部分为分值处于低水平的药品,尚无最低分药品进入正式药品目录。统计2020年度药品目录更新前后各项指标分值高水平的药品占比,第一季度较第二季度、第二季度较第三季度均有统计学差异。结论数字化药品遴选模式能一定程度上完善药品供应保障制度、规范药品目录,同时落实国家药品临床综合评价工作,推进省公立医疗机构用药目录遴选工作顺利开展。

OBJECTIVE To promote the rationalization of the hospital drug selection list by using the digital drug selection mode.METHODS Through the quantitative evaluation system,the drugs supplied in the hospital and to be selected were quantitatively evaluated item by item,giving the drugs appropriate scores,and analyzing the optimization degree of various indicators before and after the update of the hospital supply directory.RESULTS In the updated list of the Pharmaceutical Management and Drug Treatment Committee in the second quarter of 2020,after the quantitative evaluation system rating,more than 90%of the updated drug list were the highest score,and a small part of them were drugs with low score,and no lowest score has yet entered the official drug list.Statistics were counted on the proportion of drugs with high levels of various indicators before and after the update of the drug directory in 2020,with statistical differences between the first quarter and the second quarter and between the second quarter and the third quarter.CONCULUSION The"digital"drug selection mode can improve the drug supply guarantee system and standardize the drug catalog to a certain extent,at the same time implement the national comprehensive evaluation work of drug use,and promote the smooth development of the selection work of drug directory in provincial public medical institutions.
