ICU高年资带教护士工作压力产生的质性研究

摘要 目的深入了解重症监护室高年资带教护士的工作压力感受和现状,为临床护理管理者开展人力资源管理提供参考依据。方法2020年9月—2021年1月采用目的抽样法对景洪市某三甲综合医院15名ICU在岗高年资带教护士进行半结构式深入访谈,利用手机、A4纸记录本进行资料的收集,通过Nvivo11软件进行资料整理,采用Colaizzi现象分析法进行分析。结果该次研究共获得日常工作内容的影响和护士个体应对差异2个主题。结论ICU高年资带教护士工作压力明显,护理管理者应该关注带教护士的身心健康,加强人文关怀,从而提高带教护士的工作积极性,提升科室护理质量。 Objective To deeply understand the work pressure and current situation of senior nurses in the intensive care unit,so as to provide a reference for clinical nursing managers to carry out human resource management.Methods From September 2020 to January 2021,the purpose sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 senior ICU nurses on the job in a tertiary general hospital in Jinghong City.Used mobile phones and A4 paper notebooks for data collection,used Nvivo11 software for data collection,and used the Colaizzi phenomenon analysis method for analysis.Results In the study,two themes were obtained:the impact of daily work content and the differences in individual nurses'responses.Conclusion The work pressure of senior ICU teaching nurses is obvious.Nursing managers should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the teaching nurses,strengthen humanistic care,so as to improve the enthusiasm of the teaching nurses and improve the quality of department nursing.
