分阶段教学在肾内科护理带教中的应用及对教学质量的影响分析

The Application of Staged Teaching in Nephrology Nursing Teaching and Analysis of Its Influence on Teaching Quality

目的探讨分阶段教学在肾内科护理带教中的应用及对教学质量的影响。方法选取2019年该院肾内科实习护士20名进行肾内科临床护理教学,按照不同教学方法分为两组,常规教学法组采取常规的教学模式,分阶段教学法组采取分阶段教学法,比较两组肾内科实习护士肾内科临床护理理论成绩、肾内科临床实操知识的考核成绩,并通过问卷调查评价各组肾内科实习护士对教学效果的满意情况。结果分阶段教学法组肾内科临床护理理论成绩、肾内科临床实操知识的考核成绩高于常规教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分阶段教学法组对教学效果的满意度高于常规教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用分阶段教学法进行肾内科临床护理教学可取得较好效果,其应用可有效提高教学的成效,促进学生理论和临床护理技能的提高,且学生对教学模式的满意度更高。

Objective To explore the application of staged teaching in nephrology nursing teaching and its influence on teaching quality.Methods Twenty trainee nurses in the Department of Nephrology of the hospital in 2019 were selected for clinical nursing teaching in the Department of Nephrology,and they were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The conventional teaching method group adopts the conventional teaching mode,and the phased teaching method group adopted the phased teaching method.Compared the two groups of nephrology practice nurses'clinical nursing theoretical scores and the assessment results of nephrology clinical practice knowledge,and evaluated the satisfaction of each group of nephrology practice nurses with the teaching effect through a questionnaire survey.Results The scores of clinical nursing theory and clinical practice knowledge of nephrology in the staged teaching method group were higher than those in the conventional teaching method group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of satisfaction with the teaching effect of the staged teaching method group was higher than that of the conventional teaching method group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged teaching method in nephrology clinical nursing teaching can achieve better results,and its application can effectively improve the effectiveness of teaching and promote the improvement of students'theoretical and clinical nursing skills.In addition,students are more satisfied with the teaching model.
