摘要
目的探讨绩效管理应用在妇产科优质护理服务有效性。方法将该院2020年1月—2021年2月期间实施绩效管理的20名妇产科护士,纳入绩效管理组。将2019年1—12月实施常规管理的20名妇产科护士,纳入常规组,每一组均随机纳入50例患者,比较两组护理质量评分(包括护理技术评分、护理安全管理质量、文书书写质量、团队合作精神),并比较护士满意度和患者满意度,比较两组护士的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分。结果绩效管理组护理质量评分(包括护理技术评分、护理安全管理质量、文书书写质量、团队合作精神)高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效管理组护士满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效管理组患者满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效管理组护士的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效管理应用在妇产科优质护理服务有效性确切,可有效提高护理质量,且有利于减轻护士的心理负担,进一步提高患者满意度和护士满意度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of performance management in high-quality nursing services in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 20 obstetrics and gynecology nurses who implemented performance management in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were included in the performance management group.The 20 obstetrics and gynecology nurses who performed routine management from January to December 2019 were included in the routine group.50 patients were randomly enrolled in each group,and the nursing quality scores(including nursing technical score,nursing safety management quality,writing quality of writing,and teamwork spirit)were compared between the two groups.And compared nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction,compared the two groups of nurses'anxiety self-rating scale scores,depression self-rating scale scores.Results The nursing quality scores of the performance management group(including nursing technical score,nursing safety management quality,writing quality,teamwork spirit)were higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the performance management group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the performance management group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and the depression self-rating scale of the nurses in the performance management group were significantly lower than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of performance management in high-quality nursing services in obstetrics and gynecology is effective and can effectively improve the quality of nursing.And it is beneficial to reduce the psychological burden of nurses,and further improve patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
