摘要
人文管理体现“以人为中心”的现代性而不是传统意义上的医院硬件条件的现代性。随着现代医院管理制度和规范的不断完善和优化,人文服务和人文理念越来越多的应用于医院的医疗活动和人员管理等方面,将人才的发展和医院的发展相结合,提升人才个人价值的同时也提升医院的社会价值、综合实力和竞争力。该文根据近年医学人文服务在医院管理中的发展和现状,总结相关文献资料和经验,从人文服务的理念和内涵、高质量人文服务在医院管理中的地位和现状以及高质量人文服务在医院管理中的实施方法和途径等方面,全面探讨高质量人文服务在医院优化管理体系中的应用,并对人文服务在医院管理中的运用进行综合阐述。
Humanistic management embodies the modernity of"people-centered"rather than the modernity of hospital hardware conditions in the traditional sense.With the continuous improvement and optimization of modern hospital management systems and norms,humanistic services and humanistic concepts are increasingly applied to the medical activities and personnel management of hospitals.Combining the development of talents with the development of hospitals can enhance the personal value of talents and at the same time enhance the social value,comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the hospital.This article summarized relevant literature and experience based on the development and status quo of medical humanistic services in hospital management in recent years.From the concept and connotation of humanistic services,the status and status quo of high-quality humanistic services in hospital management,and the methods and ways of implementing high-quality humanistic services in hospital management.Comprehensively discuss the application of high-quality humanistic services in the optimized management system of hospitals and comprehensively explain the application of humanistic services in hospital management.
