心胸外科术中患者管理中目标管理的应用价值

摘要 目的探究分析心胸外科患者术中目标管理的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月于该院心胸外科工作的医务工作者100名展开研究。按照随机抽样分组法分为参比组和研究组。参比组医务工作者使用常规管理,研究组医务工作者使用目标管理。同时选择100例心胸外科患者参与该次研究,随机将其分为两组,A组50例,B组50例。对比分析两组医务工作者管理技能、医务工作者管理质量、管理满意度。结果在对心胸外科医务工作者进行管理后,对比管理技能,研究组各项指标评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比管理质量,研究组各项评分优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度对比,研究组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心胸外科医务工作人员应用目标管理,能够有效提升管理质量,且医务人员的管理技能得到明显提升,具有较高的管理满意度。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of intraoperative goal management in cardiothoracic surgery patients.Methods 100 medical workers working in cardiothoracic surgery of the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected for the study.According to the random sampling grouping method,they were divided into reference group and study group.Medical workers in the reference group used conventional management,and medical workers in the study group used target management.At the same time,100 patients with cardiothoracic surgery were selected to participate in this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in group A and 50 cases in group B.Comparative analysis of the two groups of medical workers'management skills,medical workers'management quality,and management satisfaction.Results After the management of the cardiothoracic surgery medical workers,comparing the management skills,the scores of all indicators in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of management,the scores of the study group were better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing management satisfaction,the study group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of objective management to medical staff in cardiothoracic surgery can effectively improve the management quality,significantly improve the management skills of medical staff,and have high management satisfaction.
