精细化流程管理对手术室护理管理工作效率的影响探讨

Discussion on the Influence of Refined Process Management on the Efficiency of Nursing Management in Operating Room

目的分析对手术室护理管理工作实施精细化流程管理对工作效率产生的影响。方法研究对象为该院2019年12月—2020年12月40名手术室医务人员,随机抽签将其中20名纳入对照组,余下20名纳入研究组。对对照组医务人员实施常规管理,对研究组医务人员施以精细化流程管理。对比两组服务质量、管理质量、医务人员对手术室管理模式满意度以及患者满意度4项指标。结果对比服务质量,研究组评分显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比管理质量,研究组评分明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较医务人员对手术室管理模式满意度,研究组总满意度为95.00%大于对照组65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较患者满意度,研究组总满意度95.24%大于对照组84.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化流程管理应用于手术室护理管理中的价值显著,能够有效提升手术室医务人员服务质量,不但提升了医护人员专业水平,而且医护人员及患者满意度更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the impact of refined process management on operating room nursing management work on work efficiency.Methods The subjects of the study were 40 medical staff in the operating room of from December 2019 to December 2020 in the hospital.Twenty of them were randomly selected to be included in the control group,and the remaining 20 were included in the study group.The medical staff in the control group were routinely managed,and the medical staff in the study group was managed in a refined process.Four indicators of service quality,management quality,medical staff satisfaction with operating room management mode and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exploration showed that comparing service quality,the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of management,the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing medical staff's satisfaction with operating room management mode,the total satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%greater than that of the control group 65.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing patient satisfaction,the total satisfaction of the study group was 95.24%greater than that of the control group 84.13%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined process management in operating room nursing management has significant value and can effectively improve the service quality of medical staff in operating room.Not only has the professional level of medical staff improved,but also the satisfaction of medical staff and patients is higher,which is worthy of promotion and application.
